Nashville Tournament COVID-19 Statement

The constantly evolving public health concerns surrounding COVID-19 require every individual and business to be responsive and adapt for the safety of their community. Hockey Finder values the health and well-being of our players and their families above all else.

Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Nashville Tournament. While we have no reason at this point to be concerned about the safety of our games, the added complications of travel and related financial costs to players weighed heavily. We feel this is the inevitable outcome given the trajectory of this virus, and want to give our registrants as much time as possible to change or cancel their travel plans. We have looked into airline policies regarding the transfer of funds as well as refunds, the hotel cancellation policy, etc., and feel the financial loss for our players will be nil or very minimal if we act now. Both Delta and Sun Country are offering refunds for those who travel now through April 15th.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. We know attitudes and opinions about the appropriate response vary widely among our players. We are doing the best we can and appreciate your support for one another as we work through this challenge.

• 4 game tournament at Ford Ice Center - Antioch & Bellevue in Nashville April 2-3, 2020.
• First 3 games at Ford Ice Center–Antioch, 5264 Hickory Hollow Pkwy, Antioch, TN 37013
• Final game at Ford Ice Center–Bellevue, 7634 US-70S, Nashville, TN 37221
• For those interested the Wild play April 4 (not included)
• Transportation to the rink is not included.
• Individual based sign up, no team required
• Players can request to play with a friend - Use Teammate Request Feature once both players are signed up
• 2 Brackets 4 teams per bracket, 8 total teams
• All players/goalies who sign up will be split into 2 brackets and 4 balanced as possible teams (per bracket).
• Skill Level Definitions
• Full ice 5 on 5
• 4 game guarantee
• Limited to 13 players and one goalie per team
• Players must have a WHITE and DARK jersey (preferably green league jerseys)
• Jersey sets available for $24.99 (2 jerseys)
• All games have 2 officials
• Teams will be made by balancing registered players
• Participation gifts for everyone
• Early Bird Price $159 for skaters, $99 for goalies
• No refunds after January 1
• Late Registration Price 199 for skaters, $149 for goalies
• NOTE - Transportation to/from Nashville is your responsibility. We suggest not making travel arrangements until we confirm there are enough players.
