This year we will once again welcome Tier 2 and Rec teams of all ages and from all over the country! 2025 was our largest tournament yet with 92 teams participating from as far as Florida and Colorado.

NEW This year, all games are 3 - 15 minute periods!

This year’s President’s day tournament will be held February 13-16, 2026. It is the 18th annual year for the tournament. Last year’s tournament sold out so register your team early, so you are not left out. The tournament will be open to AA/AAA (Tier 1) teams at the 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, divisions. We are currently sending out applications all over the US and Canada. Acceptance will be on a first come first serve basis. Please do not hesitate, as this tournament will fill up fast. 

GAMES:

All teams are guaranteed four games. All divisions will include a championship game. The length of periods will be 3—15 minute periods.

SCHEDULING:

All teams are instructed to visit the tournament website for schedules. Schedules will be posted about 10 days before the start of the tournament on the website. Every reasonable attempt will be made to accommodate scheduling requests if requests are made when registering your team.

AWARDS:

Individual trophies will be awarded to championship and runner up teams at all levels. MVP award at each level in the championship game. Team awards for championship and Runner-up organizations.

Divisions will be played out of the Ford Ice Centers in Antioch, Bellevue & Clarksville in addition to Gary Force Acura Arena in Nolensville, TN.

10U and 12U divisions will play Friday to Sunday.

TPH Refund Policy

A team must provide written notice 90 days or more before the tournament begins to be eligible for a refund. All deposits are non-refundable, and only partial refunds will be granted if written notice is provided at least 90 days before the tournament's start date.

No More Boring Hockey Tournaments!

A new style hockey tournament. In a normal tournament, if you have a bad game, you are done on the first day. At the PSI, you get to compete against the same team multiple times to try and advance. We start with a best-of-3 and advance to a best-of-5. Only overtime will settle a game - no ties. At the PSI, it is about the hockey, not the hotel pool. Come get your name carved on the best trophy in youth hockey.

The PSI runs from March 1st to no later than March 18th (it will probably wrap sooner). Have a state tournament? No worries. We’ll work with you. Teams are selected from the pool that applies, and a schedule is developed with your team manager for round one.

The cost is the same as a traditional tournament. Jamboree experiences available for Mites and Squirts. Full PSI experience for U12 and U14 teams.

Some of the favorite tour destinations are the The Golden Dome, The Notre Dame Football Stadium, The Guglielmino Athletic Complex, The Eck Visitors Center and the magnificent 14 story Hesburgh Library with its famous 132 x 65 mural. Last year over 300 teams attended Hockey Time events at the University Of Notre Dame. Welcome to the Spring Classic!

Please accept this invitation for your team to the 25th Annual Spring Classic tournament on March 13-15, 2026. This tournament sells out every year so register your team early, so you are not left out. The tournament will be open to B and C level (Tier 3 & Tier 4) teams at the Squirt, Peewee and Bantam divisions. We are currently sending out applications all over the US and Canada. Acceptance will be on a first come first serve basis. Please do not hesitate, as this tournament will fill up fast. The tournament is USA sanctioned and all games will be USA hockey rules. All Mite games are full ice and games are privately insured.

GAMES:

All teams are guaranteed three games. All divisions will include a championship game. The length of periods will be 3—12 minute periods.

SCHEDULING:

All teams are instructed to visit the tournament website for schedules. Schedules will be posted about 10 days before the start of the tournament on the website. Every reasonable attempt will be made to accommodate scheduling requests if requests are made when registering your team.

AWARDS:

Individual trophies will be awarded to championship and runner up teams at all levels. MVP award at each level in the championship game. Team awards for championship and Runner-up organizations.

Niagara Sport Tournaments provides consistent, competitive hockey tournaments. We are travel hockey parents ourselves and use that knowledge to provide a great experience for ALL family members. To provide the most balanced divisions we use myhockeyranking as a starting point and then communicate with each coach/manager to get more information about the team. HOTELS ARE 10-15 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE RINKS!! We cannot stand having to drive 45 minutes from your hotel to get to each rink. Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Detroit all have this problem. Most of our hotels are in Downtown Niagara Falls, which is 5-10 minutes away from Hyde Park. At Niagara Sport Tournaments we operate the Hyde Park Ice Pavilion where 85% of all game are played!
