Refer A Friend Terms

The Hockey Finder League’s Refer-A-Friend program ("HFRAF Program") is a Qualifying Activity by which you may earn Hockey Finder League money if a non-Hockey Finder League player you refer registers to any division of the Hockey Finder League on the site and pays for that registration in full. There is no limit to the amount of Hockey Finder money you can earn. You must be eligible to accumulate and redeem Hockey Finder referral money, maintain a Hockey Finder account in good standing, and be a current Hockey Finder league player in order to be eligible to earn Hockey Finder League referral money through the HFRAF Program.

To participate, refer friends who are not current Hockey Finder League players and who have never played in the league in the past (“New Player”) by sending them your personal referral link (“unique link”), available on the Site or provided to you as a recipient of an invite-only special offer. If the New User clicks your unique link and, within the following 30 dyas, creates an account (if they currently don't have one)registers for any division of the Hockey Finder League and pays for that registration in full, Hockey Finder will deposit any Hockey Finder League referral money you are eligible to receive.

Hockey Finder may provide various tools to help you disseminate your unique link. You may also share your unique link via email and social media. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHENEVER YOU DECIDE TO SHARE YOUR UNIQUE LINK YOU MUST TELL YOUR FRIENDS THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE HOCKEY FINDER LEAGUE REFERRAL MONEY (LEAGUE CREDIT) IF THEY SIGN UP FOR ANY DIVISION OF THE LEAGUE AND PAY FOR THEIR REGISTRAION. Failure to disclose this information is a violation of this Agreement and Hockey Finder may terminate you immediately from the HFRAF Program, disqualify you from participating in the HFRAF Program in the future, and cause the forfeiture of any Hockey Finder referral money in your account.

Hockey Finder reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the HFRAF Program either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Hockey Finder will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the HFRAF Program. Hockey Finder reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or otherwise prevent the issuance of Hockey Finder League referral money in any suspected case of fraudulent use or misuse of this program.
