General Skills Clinic with Coach Justin Nicol Tuesday, December 30th — 8:45 PM at Pleasant Arena 75 minutes — Full gear and sticks required Join us for a 75-minute all-levels skills clinic led by Justin Nicol, PT, DPT, OCS. Justin is a longtime player, coach, and sports physical therapist who has worked with athletes across many levels, including time supporting the Minnesota Wild organization. He brings a clear, practical coaching style that helps players build confidence and improve the skills they use most in games. This clinic will cover a mix of core hockey fundamentals, including: • Puck control and stickhandling • Passing and receiving • Shooting and scoring touches Goalies are welcome to join, but there will not be dedicated goalie instruction. Expect plenty of shots throughout the session. Open to all skill levels. Find more ways to play at TwinCitiesRec.org.
