About Player Lists

• Player lists are used to invite players to private skate times.
• Only players in the list will be able to see the skate time and sign up.

How to Access the Player Lists

1. Log into your account. If you're not an organizer, you can become an organizer by updating your account.
2. Click on the button in the upper right-hand corner of the site, labeled with your name.
3. Click Organizer Dashboard on the dropdown menu.
4. Click on 'Private Lists' in the left navigation bar.

How to Create a New Player List

1. Access the Private List screen.
2. Name your list of players by entering a name in the 'Name Your List' box.
3. List your players by email address in the text box. Email addresses may be on separate lines or you can choose to separate them with spaces or commas.
4. Click 'Add this list' button to save your player list.

Note: If you were editing a list and then wish to make a new list, chose the ------ entry from the dropdown and then click on the 'Edit this List' button to make a new list.

How to Edit a Player List

1. Access the Private List screen.
2. Select the name of the list you would like to edit from the dropdown.
3. Make any necessary changes to the name of your list or the list of players in the text box.
4. Click the 'Update this List' button to save the updates.
